ABOUT Alola

Alola is a bright little girl who comes from a catholic family. She lives with her parents Abel and Isabel, in a village called Halihun, of Timor Leste rural area. The family speaks Tetun, the Timorese official language. Their simple house is self-built with one bedroom, the walls are made of palm branches, the roof is covered with palm leaves, has earthen floors, and no electricity. Toilet is outside the house and their water is collected from the well. Abel is a farmer without a permanent income to support his family. He relies on their farm to provide for the family daily needs. Isabel is a housewife and not in a position to help out with the finances. Alola is not at the school age yet. Your support will give an enormous opportunity for this child to have a better future.
